Quite simply because we're very good at what we do! (There's nothing like blowing your own trumpet!). I'll explain why we'll never compete with your local taxi or Private Hire company, though you'd be surprised at how competitive we can be, and why we're actually worth that few pounds extra on a journey that's very important - and they all are.
Firstly, we're operating high end Range Rovers and Mercedes Benz vehicles that are meticulously maintained regardless of cost - a full set of premium tyres for a Range Rover comes in at £1100.00 which, if we're being honest, is probably more than the residual cost of some of the high mileage PH cars!
Each transfer has been calculated with care and we take time to get it right taking into consideration the transit time, roadworks, local route knowledge and allowing time for a comfort stop en route and an allowance for the unforeseen circumstances that may arise. Before every transfer our vehicles are thoroughly washed, vacuumed, freshened and will have a broadsheet (or requested newspaper) and magazines replenished along with the bottled water.
Your chauffeur will always be suited and will assist in any way required i.e. collecting and stowing your luggage and assisting with elderly or infirm passengers etc. For return transfers from airports your chauffeur will be waiting in the arrivals hall* to assist with luggage and escort you to the vehicle.
Our airport transfer fees are all FIXED PRICE so if your aircraft is delayed you'll have the peace of mind knowing that we'll still be there when you land and there'll be no extra charge. To aid this we live track all our incoming flights via Flightradar24.
Now for the chauffeurs - these are all experienced professionals that take pride in their appearance and profession. All have chauffeur experience in the corporate world and/or have Advanced driving qualifications. Chef, our principal chauffeur, has a driving career spanning 30 years across 3 continents before entering the chauffeur profession, has I.A.M. and RoSPA Gold Advanced driver qualifications, has Emergency First Aid qualifications and V.I.P. Security Chauffeur qualifications from the Specialist Operations Academy.
